AI Team Lead

We're looking for an experienced team leader to join our small AI group and lead a team of developers focused on AI aspects of our product, including NLU, Speech Recognition, Machine Learning and more. You will be working with cutting-edge technology, integrated into a super-cool consumer experience, with a strong team in a hot market.

• 50% Hands-on development, 50% Managing a small team of developers
• Hire, mentor,guide, review and instruct engineers working on algorithmic and scientific tasks
• Participate in key technological decisions around algorithms, tools and product features

• At least 1 year experience with natural language processing / speech recognition / deep learning / machine learning. Demonstrable results in an academic or commercial setting
• Experience managing other developers
• At least 3 years professional experience delivering products
• Msc. / PhD. in Computer Science / Math / Physics / Statistics or equivalent experience that's demonstrable (e.g. through open-source contributions etc.)
