Customer Success Specialist (EN)

We're looking for an English-speaking Customer Success Specialist (f/m)with an outgoing personality and a problem-solving attitude who loves to communicate, has a good sense of humor and enjoys working in a very multi-cultural team. You will work from our HQ in Berlin-Kreuzberg and play a key role in taking our first product Chris, the digital assistant for drivers, to market. Part-time employees are welcome.

What you will do

  • Be the first point of contact and ensure that our customers have a joyful experience with their brand-new products
  • Handling and solving inbound requests (by phone, e-mail, chat or live-video)
  • Support our customers regarding orders and returns process
  • Create and build an internal knowledge base
  • Analyze and report into the organization
  • No acquisition, cold-calls or similar activities

Your profile

  • Work experience in customer support, preferably Consumer Hardware or Mobile Phone Retail
  • Very good English communication and writing skills (any other language is a plus)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
  • Highly self-driven and able to deliver lean solutions in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and be challenged, strong attention to detail
  • Passion for all things Internet, Tech and Automotive
  • Valid driving license class B
  • Valid work permit for the EU
