German Autolabs is a Berlin based technology company focussing on the future of the car. We build products and services to support this exciting evolution by using technology and making it more human. We will make driving safer and smarter.

We are looking for people who are interested to join our team and help us build state-of-the-art product for our users. We want you to be interested in our product and in the AI space in automotive. What technologies you know and what are your specialities is not that important - what important is that you see what we’re doing and you want to work with us to make it real.

Our team consists of iOS and Android developers creating our mobile applications, embedded developers creating the software for our devices, AI engineers who create the brains of our products, infrastructure engineers keeping our servers happily running and product team which keeps everything running. We create GUI, integrate various SDKs, work with Bluetooth and think of new ways to make everyday software and hardware technology more seamless and fun to use.

• You’re not limiting yourself to one technology and one platform - you analyse the solution and choose the best approach
• Traditional roles bore you and you are searching for new challenges
• Experience working with European and Asian vendors, willingness to travel according to project needs
• You feel you can call yourself an expert in at least one programming language
• Before you answer “this cannot be done”, you spend enough time to analyse different options and opportunities and present alternatives
• You think about the customer first and foremost and aren’t afraid to voice your opinion
• You write clean code, you’re open to criticism and appreciate code reviews or pair programming
• You have done a coding project that you are proud of and that you are happy to show and tell us about
• Knowledge of and passion for test automation and continuous deployment
